Tim is Vice President of Hilltop Environmental Solutions, where he brings a practical, hands-on approach to overseeing the company’s financial operations and day-to-day business activities, including logistics, staffing, permitting, and health and safety programs. With more than 30 years of experience in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste industry, Tim provides steady, operational leadership across all of Hilltop’s projects and works closely with clients to identify the most effective and practical solutions for managing their soil and remediation challenges.

Before joining Hilltop, Tim served as Vice President and General Manager of Clean Earth of Philadelphia, leading operations at Pennsylvania’s only permitted contaminated thermal destruction facility. He founded and grew Green Horizon Environmental into a multimillion-dollar operation and held senior leadership roles managing transportation, disposal, and large-scale remediation projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Tim loves traveling with his family, exploring new cities, and trying the local food and culture along the way.
