Field Technician

Caleb is a Field Technician and Drum Truck Operator, focusing on hands-on execution and problem-solving to ensure excellent service for Hilltop’s clients. He works closely with project teams to make sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Caleb began at Hilltop immediately after college and has quickly built experience through a variety of projects, certifications, and hands-on work. A quick learner, he takes pride in helping projects move from problem to solution and ensuring clients feel informed and confident every step of the way. He enjoys tackling complex or unfamiliar challenges that require calm, critical thinking, and adaptability in real time.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys exploring new restaurants and discovering the best local cuisine.
