Nolan Smith

Account Manager

Nolan joined Hilltop with a strong background in the waste and recycling industry. He earned his degree in Supply Chain Management and Logistics in 2022 from Rowan University and began his career in outside sales at Gold Medal Environmental, where he focused on providing excellent service to commercial clients and building long-term customer relationships.

He later expanded his experience at Giordano’s Recycling, a South Jersey company, gaining exposure to scrap yard operations, recycling center management, and recyclable commodities brokerage. In each role, Nolan has developed a reputation for understanding clients’ needs and delivering practical, tailored solutions.

Outside of work, Nolan enjoys skiing, fishing, spending time on the water, and being outdoors, making the most of every opportunity to stay active and explore.
