Joe Garzio serves as Senior Strategic Sales Manager at Hilltop Environmental Solutions, partnering with environmental clients who require dependable soil disposal solutions. With both technical and field experience, he understands the regulatory and logistical complexities behind every project and works closely with clients to deliver clear guidance and practical, results-driven solutions.

He earned a dual degree in Biology and Environmental Science and began his career with Tetra Tech investigating potential Superfund sites for the EPA. After 11 years in environmental consulting, he transitioned into sales within the environmental laboratory industry, where he consistently ranked among the top performers. Seven years ago, he brought that experience to Hilltop. He values long-term partnerships and takes pride in helping clients navigate soil disposal challenges with confidence and efficiency.

Outside of work, Joe is a proud father of two sons – one a junior in high school and the other a freshman at the University of Maryland, where he was recruited to compete on the track team in the Big Ten Conference. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
